Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges
Our commercial-grade equipment is built to last, but if you need to return an item, here’s our professional process:
Eligibility
You may return most unused items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened containers of Fuels, Oils & Lubricants
- Used cutting accessories (chainsaw chains, blades, etc.)
- Opened chemical products from our Mistblowers & sprayers range
- Custom or special-order items
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with subject line: “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”
Step 2: Provide Details
Include in your email:
- Order number
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer exchange or refund
Step 3: Receive Authorization
We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the package, and ship to our warehouse address provided in your authorization email.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Issued to your original payment method
- Amount: Purchase price minus any original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Note: Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of the same value:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state you’re requesting an exchange
- Specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may request return of the defective item for quality control
